Welcome to Westwood Village
Welcome to the Westwood Village Condominium Association's web site.
Westwood Village is a 66 unit community consisting of single familiy, low maintenance homes located in Ravenna Township, Ohio. Located in a semi-rural setting, the village is near to both farms and city conveniences.
The purpose of this site is to provide information about the community and provide a central communications center for our residents.

About Us
Westwood Village is located in Southwest Ravenna Township, just north of Summit Road. Our community consists of 66 low maintenance, single family homes. We are classified as a site condominium which means that the homes are individually owned but the site or property is jointly owned by the association. The monthly maintenance fees cover the costs of landscaping, garbage collection, snow removal services, and contributions towards the reserves required to cover maintenance of the private roads and common areas.
